Movement & Wellbeing Centre is the home of Total Somatics.  In 2016 Heidi Hadley launched the first structured online Somatics Program in the world.  It continues to be a very popular choice for people wanting to reduce pain, move freely, improve posture, develop mindfulness and allow them to continue or resume the activities they love to do.

The online program covers Somatic Movement, Mindset, Mindfulness and Nutrition.  Within the Online program, Heidi has a podcast series with Dr Sarah Wilson ND from Toronto, Canada.  You will learn how to develop The Total Somatics Approach to Health & Wellness in the comfort and privacy of your own home, at a time that suits you.  You have 24 weeks online access to the program.  Heidi periodically uploads new material for returning clients.
